Stone Hall Mansion Restaurant with rooms is Good Food Guide recommended.

At Stone Hall the best of local ingredients are used to create a fine dining experience based on French Country cuisine. Fresh food is cooked to order by "traditional" methods. We buy our poultry and fish on the bone, making our stocks to produce intensely concentrated glazes for accompanying sauces. Welsh lamb and prime Welsh beef come via a tradional old fashioned butcher; fish and shellfish direct from the quay at Milford Haven; salads and herbs from a small organic producer just a mile away and a fair proportion of vegetables from our own recently restored walled garden.

We make our own bread, pasta, pastries and puddings and produce our own breakfast croissants, which come as an automatic extra to the smokey Welsh bacon and free range eggs.

Emphasis is on quality, simplicity and as unashamedly old-fashioned attitude to dining. White linen, sparkling glasses and silverware, a peaceful environment and a gently unhurried approach.

A la Carte Menu changes according to seasons.

A good-value four-course menu du jour is £29.90, and the (almost) all-French wine list opens at £17.90
